Warranty

Does every car come with a warranty?

Yes. Every car we sell comes with a warranty. The length of cover is shown on each car's listing.

What does the warranty cover?

We'll go through exactly what's covered before you buy, and you'll get a copy of the terms to keep. If you'd like to check the details for a particular car first, just ask us.

What should I do if something goes wrong?

Get in touch with us straight away by phone or WhatsApp. Tell us what's happening and we'll explain the next steps under your warranty.

Buying from us

Do I need to book a viewing?

Yes, viewings are by appointment only. It means the car is ready and we're free to show you round. Book a viewing or message us on WhatsApp.

Can I take a test drive?

Yes. Bring your driving licence with you. We'll check you're insured to drive the car before you set off.

What checks do you do before selling a car?

Every car is inspected, serviced, MOT checked and fully valeted before it goes on sale. Where we've done an HPI check, the result is shown on the car's page.

Do you take part exchange?

Yes. Send us your car's details and a few photos on WhatsApp and we'll come back to you with a price.

Do you offer finance?

Not at the moment. We're happy to talk through other ways to pay.

Can I reserve a car?

Message us on WhatsApp about the car you're interested in and we'll talk you through reserving it.

Where are you?

Phoenix Park, Vinegar Hill, Sandy SG19 1PR. Use the directions box at the bottom of any page to get a route.

Your rights

What are my rights when I buy a car from you?

When you buy from a dealer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says the car must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights are on top of your warranty.

What if a fault shows up soon after I buy?

If a fault was there when you bought the car and you tell us within 30 days, you may be entitled to reject it and get a refund. After 30 days, we'll normally be given the chance to repair or replace first. For free, impartial advice, see Citizens Advice.
